Welcome to NCRC! We are located in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania and function as a premier Public Ice Rink. We offer a variety of Ice availability ranging from public sessions that include Stick and Shoot, Drop In Hockey, Public Skate, and Freestyle skate for public use to Private Rentals for Sports and Birthday Parties.

Christmas in July at NCRC

Free admission to PUBLIC SKATING and STICK & SHOOT for all of July. MUST be registered via Jotform registration to receive free admission.
